With extensive experience working with people and processes we bring to a project passion, strong relationship skills and an ability to work successfully in partnership with an organisation to achieve its strategic goals.
The owner and principal consultant is Vicki Kelly. Her roles in New Zealand and overseas have helped cement her skills in providing assistance to organisations in both the domestic and international arena.
With a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma of Science in Psychology, Vicki has spent the past twenty two years working across a broad range of industries in the areas of strategy, organisational development, HR and transformational change.
